Active Consciousness Breathwork Meditation (Ananda Mandala) is an ancient and intense one Kundalini breath meditation , accompanied by powerful sounds to cleanse and revitalize the energy centers of your body, the chakras . This practice involves a mixture of rhythmic, rapid breathing and meditation on the seven main chakras. The process cleanses the energy channels, frees them from hidden emotions, mental blockages and activates the chakras, whereby one's own vibrations and the level of consciousness are raised. In addition, this breath meditation is said to have the body's own DMT from the pineal gland in the brain releases. This makes the body blissful and leads to a feeling of wholeness and connectedness.
