"I love to use yoga and the releasing method according to Isa and Yolanda Lindwall to accompany people in releasing blockages of a physical and emotional nature so that they can heal the pain from within and are empowered to lead a life full of happiness and prosperity .
My vision is to accompany people to perceive their own joy, satisfaction and love again. Through my work, I create a special space of trust with the person opposite me, which creates a feeling of well-being. "
Philipp Sharma is a yoga teacher and certified consciousness coach specializing in Mindful Yin Yoga, Breathwork and meditation. After 15 years in the private sector, successfully running a company with his father and many years of experience in competitive golf, Philipp expanded his knowledge as a coach and mental trainer.
Subsequently, Philipp made his way into the yoga world and is now following with great passion the call of his great-grandfather, an Indian pundit and yogi. During this time he realized how important it is to relax more than ever in order to stay vital and balanced.
Philipp lives and teaches in Vienna, leads Yin Yoga trainings, retreats workshops and individual sessions. He accompanies people on their way to relaxation and inner peace.
According to his motto “Teaching People, not Poses”, he organizes his lessons.
The focus here is on people as they are and with all their possibilities of becoming. The wonderful thing about it for Philipp is that each and every individual can perceive the power of yoga in their own special way and on all levels of the body, mind and heart.
"For me, Yin Yoga is like a journey far, far out, deep inside. Over time, doors open and you can immerse yourself in other worlds that have long been waiting to be discovered and enlightened ..."
